Jackson joined OSACO Group in January 2023. Prior to joining OSACO, Jackson had a 17-year career in investigations which included working as a lead investigator on the New Zealand Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in State Care.

Layal joined OSACO in 2020. She has spent more than ten years leading investigations around the globe, specifically in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Layal is bilingual (English and Arabic).

Based in France, Sophia brings 15 years of experience in the private and humanitarian sectors to her work with OSACO. Sophia has extensive experience in risk management, and an advanced knowledge of the international aid system’s governance, functioning, and challenges.

Laetitia Goli

Laetitia Goli is a lawyer, specialising in human rights. She has been a feminist and activist in Côte d'Ivoire for nearly a decade. Laetitia works in partnership with Ivorian civil society organisations and international organisations on issues relating to the rights of women and girls.

Shelley Nisbet

Shelley Nisbet joined OSACO Group in October 2023. Since then, she has been involved in numerous investigations involving allegations of SEAH (sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment). She has also undertaken due diligence investigations pertaining to global companies and high-profile persons of interest.

Rachel Forrester

Rachel joined OSACO in 2022 following a 25-year career as a senior investigator and five years as an independent consultant in case management and training. Rachel has a tertiary degree in psychology and criminology.

James is a highly skilled investigator and manager with more than 25 years’ experience conducting internal oversight, compliance, and fraud investigations around the world.

Georgina Gainford

Kenya

Georgina joined OSACO bringing twenty years’ experience investigating progressively serious crime within the United Kingdom, mainly Sexual crime, Domestic Abuse and Child Abuse. Georgina spent five years with the major crime command in London investigating and responding to Homicide. She is a safeguarding specialist and skilled in advanced interviewing of children and vulnerable people and has developed policy and led project work.
