Safeguarding investigations only work when they’re done right; fair, thorough, and centred on the people they’re meant to protect.

ABC-LLP and OSACO Group Limited will be running a practical, expert-led Safeguarding Investigations Workshop from the 10 to 13 November, designed to strengthen your skills, help you apply best practice and ensure fair, thorough and compliant outcomes.

We will walk through the full investigation lifecycle; not just the mechanics, but the judgment calls that make or break a case:

🔹 Governance: Frameworks, roles, and oversight that hold up under scrutiny
🔹 Case Management: Intake through to closure, done consistently
🔹 Survivor-Centred Practice: Trauma-informed principles applied throughout, not bolted on
🔹 Interviewing: Planning and conducting interviews that actually surface the truth
🔹 Analysis and Reporting: Defensible findings, written clearly
🔹 AI in Investigations: Where it helps, where it does not, and the ethics in between

You will leave with tools you can apply to your work immediately, not just with theory.
