Alain Koffi (French and Ivorian) is an international business lawyer with more than 25 years of experience (New York Bar), and more than 10 years in investigation, anti-corruption, and dispute resolution in developing countries.

After working for the African Development Bank, from 2006 to 2008 Alain worked as a legal consultant for the Investigation Section (OAI) of UNDP in New York; where he conducted various investigations on cases of alleged wrongdoings in the UNDP field offices in Sub-Saharan Africa.

As a legal consultant for Ekwa Consulting, a law firm based in France, he worked on the Beneficial Ownership Transparency legal framework in the extractive industry and public procurement in West African countries as well as Anti-Money Laundering and Financing Terrorism regulations and KYC requirements in the gaming sector in Liberia.

During his four years at the Legal Department of the African Development Bank, (the ‘AfDB) he represented the AfDB in administrative or legal proceedings. In various capacities throughout his career working in commodities trading and management consulting he was responsible to develop measures to prevent fraud based on risk assessment efforts of the supply chain and developed monitoring systems to prevent fraud and increase efficiency in the agro-industrial sector.

Alain has recently started working for OSACO Group conducting investigations on various assignments in Africa. He’s currently developing the ESG & Due Diligence departments of OSACO Africa.
