Delphine Kips
About Me
With over twenty years of experience in the legal, humanitarian, and protection fields, Delphine is a specialist in managing complex and sensitive situations.
As a lawyer in Brussels (Belgium) from 2002 to 2012, she specialised in criminal law, handling complex criminal cases. This initial phase of her career enabled her to develop solid expertise in investigations, sensitive case management and the defense of fundamental rights.
From 2012 to 2024, Delphine continued her commitment to the humanitarian sector with Doctors Without Borders (MSF), holding various positions both in the field and at headquarters. This experience provided her with in-depth knowledge of crisis contexts and multicultural environments, along with strong skills in risk analysis, team management and emergency response.
Since 2022, she has focussed on the prevention and management of abuse-related cases. As an Investigation Manager with MSF, and as an independent consultant since March 2024, Delphine has led and overseen internal investigations in humanitarian settings, ensuring procedural rigour, the protection of individuals through a survivor-centered approach and the ethical handling of sensitive situations.
Delphine had the pleasure of co-facilitating an OSACO training in April 2025 and looks forward to this new collaboration.
