Nadine Young joins OSACO as a Project Manager, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience spanning operations, customer experience and technology transformation. She successfully transitioned into the tech space, leading the delivery of ERP, CRM and end-to-end technology solutions that drive business performance and customer outcomes.

Nadine brings strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, sales and relationship management, process improvement, and project delivery, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

At OSACO, Nadine will support development of the EchoMind platform by aligning stakeholders and driving delivery to deliver innovative, people-first approaches.

She is particularly passionate about the intersection of technology, ethics and real-world impact, with a strong focus on ethical AI, Indigenous knowledge systems and the responsible use of emerging technologies.
