About Me

Jennifer is a multilingual investigation consultant with over eight years of experience working with international organisations (ICRC, MSF) and UN agencies (UNFPA, UNICEF). She specialises in PSEAH investigations, fraud and corruption case management, and humanitarian project co-ordination.
Jennifer has conducted investigations and delivered training in more than 12 countries, including undertaking on-site assignments in Ethiopia, Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Eswatini. Her work spans both remote and field-based investigations, risk mapping, interview techniques and compliance advisory.

Jennifer also brings strong expertise in project and team management, having led strategic initiatives in hospital settings and co-ordinated humanitarian aid projects in the DRC and Ukraine. Previously, she held HR and finance management roles with Médecins Sans Frontières in Pakistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Sierra Leone, where she supported operations and managed sensitive case workflows. She also served as a Protection Delegate with the ICRC in Colombia, focussing on access to education, civilian protection and humanitarian dialogue.

Since joining OSACO as an investigation consultant in 2023 Jennifer has contributed to multiple field and remote investigations, training sessions and strategic projects.

Jennifer holds two Master’s degrees: one in Human Rights Law and a second in International Trade. She is proficient in investigative methodologies (CHS Alliance, OSACO, ACFE). Her fluency in French, English and Spanish enables Jennifer to operate effectively in multicultural and high-risk environments.
