Zahida Virani

Zahida Virani is the Head of North America for OSACO, leading the group’s expansion into the United States and Canada.

Leveraging OSACO’s global expertise, she builds new partnerships with law enforcement agencies, training academies and other institutions. Zahida also works closely with our product development team to guide the launch of ECHOMIND, a cutting-edge AI-based investigative interviewing platform.

Zahida joined OSACO in January 2023 with 15 years of experience in international criminal law, criminal and administrative investigations, and corporate law. Prior to joining OSACO Group’s leadership team in 2025, she led complex fraud and sexual misconduct investigations for OSACO clients.

An engaging strategist and connector, Zahida brings extensive leadership experience through her work with the United Nations at headquarters and field locations, the law firm Shearman & Sterling in New York, and global development organizations.

Zahida holds a Juris Doctorate from the American University in Washington, DC, and a dual degree in Economics and International Development from McGill University in Montreal. She is fluent in English and French.
